We currently offer shipping services exclusively within the contiguous United States. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or international addresses.

Standard orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days. Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional launches.

3. Shipping Rates

We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders within our service area. If expedited shipping options are available for your items, the costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your selection.

4. Delivery Timelines

Standard Shipping: Most items arrive within 3–7 business days following the processing period.

Specialty Items: Certain curated or specialty pieces may require up to 14 business days for delivery.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. This allows you to monitor your package's journey through our carrier partners (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL).

6. Delivery Issues

Note: Please remember to double-check your shipping address, as the window for corrections is very small.

SEVHENN is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. However, if you experience any significant delays or issues with your delivery, please contact our concierge team immediately for assistance.
